Creating and signing in to your account
Create an AgentRunCoach account with Google or email and password, verify it, and recover access from the sign-in screen.
You use one account whether you enter through the web app or authorize an assistant from a coaching conversation.
Open the AgentRunCoach sign-in page and choose Google or email and password. The options shown there are the ones enabled for the current service; an assistant authorization sends you through the same identity flow before you approve its access.
Creating an account with Google
Choose Sign in with Google and complete Google’s prompt. AgentRunCoach never receives your Google password. The Google identity is linked to the AgentRunCoach account used for your profile and training data.
If your Google email already belongs to an AgentRunCoach account created with another enabled sign-in method, use the choices presented by the sign-in flow rather than creating a second training record.
Creating an account with email
Switch the form to registration, enter your name, email and a password that meets the displayed rules, then submit it. AgentRunCoach sends a verification message. Open that link to finish creating the account before trying to sign in.
If registration says the email is already in use, return to sign-in. Do not create a second account with a different email unless you intend to keep two separate training histories.
Recovering access
For an email-and-password account, use the password recovery option on the sign-in screen when available. Google sign-in recovery stays with Google.
An assistant connection is not a replacement for the account login. If the assistant asks you to authorize again, sign in with the same AgentRunCoach identity you normally use so the connector reaches the existing training record.
Never share a password in coaching chat
AgentRunCoach, your coach and support do not need your Google, Strava or AgentRunCoach password. Enter credentials only on the corresponding sign-in or authorization page.
After signing in, the web app is where you view your calendar and plan, edit your athlete profile, manage connections and subscription details, and choose the assistant AgentRunCoach opens by default.
Ask your coach
“How do I create an AgentRunCoach account?”
“I signed up with email. What do I do next?”
“Help me get back into my account.”
