Using the prompt library
Pick a curated coaching task and open your connected AI app with the first message already written, ready for you to review and send.
The prompt library helps you start a useful coaching conversation without having to decide how to word the first message.
The Prompt Library — the signed-in page of curated coaching starters — groups tasks such as recording races, reviewing a week, analyzing a workout, setting a race and updating your profile. Each card explains the task before you open it.
Opening a coaching task
Choose a card and open it in a connected assistant. AgentRunCoach opens a new Claude or ChatGPT conversation in another tab with the first message already filled in. If both are connected, your preferred assistant is the primary choice and the other remains available from the adjacent menu.
Review and send the message in the assistant. Opening the card does not itself write to your training account or invoke a hidden action; it supplies the same kind of first message you could have typed yourself.
Connect the assistant before launching a prompt
The page checks for a working AgentRunCoach authorization. If neither assistant is connected, it sends you to the connection guide instead of opening a chat that cannot reach your training.
Understanding what is curated
A Seeded Prompt — a reviewed prompt shipped with AgentRunCoach — has a topic, title, explanation and exact opening message. The same prompt can also appear beside the feature it helps with, so a “build a workout” button and the matching library card start from one shared piece of wording.
The library is not a store for personal prompt drafts today. You cannot add or edit cards there; use ordinary chat history or your assistant’s own prompt features for wording you maintain yourself.
Choosing prompts or skills
Use a prompt when you want to begin one conversation with a clear task. Use a skill when the assistant needs persistent instructions or a local program, such as watch delivery. Neither changes the fact that your account, plan and training history remain in AgentRunCoach.
Ask your coach
“Show me the ready-made prompts for reviewing my training.”
“Open the race-recording prompt in my preferred assistant.”
“Which prompt should I use to update how I like to train?”
