Your day and week reviews

Compare planned training with completed activities for one day or a whole week without losing the status of individual sessions.

You can ask your coach to compare what you planned with what you actually did for one day or for a whole week.

A day review brings together that date’s planned sessions, recorded activities and saved feedback. A week review adds the running totals, progress against the week’s planned mileage, completed quality work and a day-by-day breakdown.

Each session keeps its own result

Two sessions on one day do not share one completed-or-missed verdict. If you finished strength work but missed the easy run beside it, the review reports one as completed and the other as missed.

Each planned item can appear as:

  • completed by one or more recorded activities
  • completed because you marked a non-running session done
  • missed after its date passed with no completion evidence
  • upcoming when it is today or later
  • rest

A manual completion proves only that you did the item. It carries no measured distance or duration, so the review does not turn it into mileage, aerobic-load totals or a run score.

Reading a week in progress

Mid-week progress is judged only against planned mileage for days that have already elapsed. Future running does not make today’s percentage look low. If no planned running mileage has elapsed yet, there is no percentage to report — that is missing judgement, not zero adherence.

A scheduled running race is shown separately from the ordinary sessions for its day. Its distance still belongs in the week’s target, so adding only the daily workout distances can be short by the race distance.

Use the review as a conversation starter

The review gives your coach the shared facts needed to discuss the week. You can then explain why something moved, how a hard session felt, or whether a missed day should change what comes next.

A review does not silently rewrite the plan

Reading a day or week shows what happened. If you want the future plan changed, ask your coach to make that change and review it with you.

Ask your coach

  • “How did yesterday's training go?”

  • “Review this week so far.”

  • “Which sessions did I miss last week?”

  • How a run is scored — See how your completed run is compared with its planned session and why some runs correctly have no score at all.
  • Feedback on a single run — Ask for a workout-first review of one run, discuss the result, and save the coaching feedback you want to keep with that activity.
  • How non-running work counts — Cycling, swimming, lifting and yoga all belong in your plan — but they are counted in different ways, and some are not counted at all.
