How your training data is used

Understand what AgentRunCoach keeps, what a connected assistant receives, and where to control Strava access or request deletion.

Your training data is used to answer your coaching request and maintain the record that future coaching depends on.

AgentRunCoach and your AI assistant have separate roles. AgentRunCoach stores your account, training record, plan and saved coaching outputs. The assistant provides the conversation and requests relevant facts or actions through the connection you approved.

What reaches the assistant

When you ask a coaching question, the assistant can receive the account context needed to answer it, such as recent activities, plan details, running volume or current fitness information. It does not receive your entire account by default; the conversation drives which AgentRunCoach actions it requests.

Your conversation itself belongs to the assistant platform. AgentRunCoach does not store the transcript, though it does retain the actions and coaching outputs that become part of your training history. The assistant provider’s handling of the conversation is governed by your settings and agreement with that provider.

What comes from Strava

With your authorization, AgentRunCoach can read activity information needed for training analysis, including workout details such as distance, duration, pace, heart rate, cadence, power, elevation, route data and splits when Strava makes them available.

Access is limited by the grant you approve. AgentRunCoach does not use Strava-sourced data to train an AI model. The detailed retention rules and the complete list of collected data live in the privacy policy, which is the controlling public statement when a summary here and the policy differ.

Your controls

You can disconnect Strava from AgentRunCoach Settings or revoke access from Strava’s connected-app page. You can remove and reconnect an assistant from that assistant’s own app or connector settings.

Disconnecting is not account deletion

Revoking one connection stops future access through that grant. It does not delete your AgentRunCoach account, plan or retained coaching history.

For access, export or deletion requests, email support@agentruncoach.com. Never send a password, assistant token or Strava token in a support message.

Ask your coach

  • “What training data can my assistant see?”

  • “Does AgentRunCoach store my chat conversations?”

  • “How can I revoke access to my Strava data?”
